was driving by the Pockwood Pond BVI Electricity Corporation, which is
next to the Public Works Incinerator around 1130am Thursday, when he
caught these photographs.
Acting Deputy Chief Fire Officer William Penn has confirmed that this morning's fire at the BVIEC Pockwood Plant was caused by a contractor who was hired to clear a dumpsite where used oil is stored. Pockwood Pond, Tortola, British Virgin Islands
