Wash cracked wheat, changing water a few times, drain, cover with
boiling water and set aside. (2) Chop all vegetables and combine with Lemon Juice and Olive Oil, and salt and pepper (3) Drain wheat through strainer and press out as much a=water as possible. Toss Wheat into vegetable mixture. Chill for one hour or more before serving. Yield 4 cups. ![]() |
