METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Unwrap ham, remove any netting, wash thoroughly, drain off extra water.  
  • Spray nonstick spray into Crockpot.
  • Place ham in Crockpot
  • Place pineapple rings on ham, secure with whole cloves & toothpicks (leave toothpicks poking out 1/2 inch for easy removal later)
  • Empty jar of Mango Jam into microwave bowl, cover with wax paper or loose lid (to prevent splattering) microwave in 1 minute increments until melted, handle with extreme care (very hot!)
  • Drizzle melted jam over ham and pineapple
  • Turn Crockpot on to LOW for 8 hour cooking, HIGH for 4 hour cooking
  • At end of cooking time, remove ham to cutting board and let stand about 20-30 minutes before slicing
  • Carving the Ham
  • We used this Electric Knife to carve the ham.
