MAKES ONE POTATO

INGREDIENTS

1 Baking
1 tablespoon butter
3-4 Tablespoons Bean Chili
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
2-3 Tablespoons of Salsa
1 Jalepeno, sliced (optional)


PREPARATION METHOD

  • Bake potato on High in microwave oven for 3-4 minutes, should be slightly soft when gently pushed,microwave in additional one minute increments
  • Set aside for 5 minutes ( is SO HOT it will continue baking
  • Slice once lengthwise 2/3's of the way down, then slice across the width 3 times
  • Push at both ends of to force it to open
  • Insert Butter
  • Insert Bean Chili
  • Sprinkle Shredded Cheese on that
  • Top with Salsa
  • Sprinkle on Jalepeno Slices
  • Microwave 1 minute or until cheese melts
  • Bon Apetit!
